Get to know your body! Relearn how to properly move by simplifying fitness with 20 year pro Jan Vlachy. Learn how to design a workout program and progress safely from fundamental movement to complex strength exercises.
Start with your core, breath, posture, hip hinges, scapular health and push /pull for both upper and lower body. Coach JV will demonstrate how to brace the abdominal wall, how to breathe during your workouts, how to squat, lunge, deadlift, pull-up, push-up etc.
Each week will have a different movement to focus on so you can learn the 5-day split and conclude the 6 week program with rest vs rust, static vs dynamic stretching, injury prevention and Q&A’s.
