Conveniently located in the heart of Aldershot just off Plains Road in Burlington, our 1,000 sq ft boutique style fitness studio perfectly caters to our personalized one on one, partner and semi-private training classes. Our facility includes new equipment, large mirrors and fully rubberized flooring throughout. We also have a large washroom/change room for your convenience. A comfortable seating area as soon as you walk into the studio allows for friends or family to sit and relax while you get your workout in! Clients are welcome to come in and warm up with our cardio equipment located at the back of the gym prior to the session.
